Easy Returns!
How to make a return?
1. Submit your return request using our RETURN FORM
Have your order number and email address ready
2. We will contact you by email with a return authorization number (RMA)
3. Prepare your package and ship it to us using the courrier of your choice (Canada Post, Puro, UPS etc.)
Be sure to include all original product packaging including documentation and tags!
Be sure to insure the shipment for full amount paid!
You can also return the product in-store. Prior RMA# & authorization still required!
4. Ship to:

5. After we receive the returned goods and inspect them, we will issue a refund or make an exchange
6. For exchanged products with value under $100 (Canada East) and under $200 (Canada West) a flat rate shipping charge of $15 and $25 applies.
Return Policy
Return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original product packaging including all literature/documentation and original tags.
Holiday season gift Returns/Exchanges: For purchases made between November 15th and December 15th, returns are accepted until January 15th. Subject to limitations/exclusions in this policy.
What is New Condition?
Helmets & Apparel: Any merchandise which has been taken out to the track is considered used and cannot be returned. Walk around on your carpet if trying shoes or wear your helmet indoors before heading to the track! Do not remove any tags, labels or protective stickers until you are sure the product fits!
Vehicle Parts: Any part which has been installed or shows any signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is not returnable.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards/certificates
- Tires
- Electronics
- Fueling and fuel system related parts
- Any special ordered product
- Any product marked as closeout or in the closeout section
- Shipping costs (if any)
- International orders
Restocking Fees
Returned items without exchange or another equivalent value purchase are subject to 25% restocking fee.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
After we receive the returned items and inspect them we will refund to the original method of payment used to place the order. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time (up to 5 business days) before your refund is officially posted.

Undeliverable Orders
If your order is undeliverable because you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, or there is no one to sign for the package, or the package was refused by someone at your address, and the order is returned to us by the courier company, we will charge a 25% restocking fee and refund the balance.
